If you wish to have several bikes serviced at the same time, please let us know in advance. This will enable the technician to allow sufficient time.
Then contact Customer Service to have the different services listed on a single receipt. If you don't do this, the technician may not have time. In this case, you'll need to make a new appointment via My Bizbike.
If you bought the bikes with several accounts, you can book several appointments online on My Bizbike. If this does not work, please contact our customer service department on 056/900 655. We'll be happy to help.
