In most cases, the technician has all the parts needed to help you immediately. We make sure that the technician is well prepared so that there are as few delays as possible.
If a specific part is not available at the time of the appointment, the missing part will be ordered as soon as possible. In this case, we will reschedule the appointment or the technician will inform you of the next steps. When requesting a repair, always tell us exactly what needs to be repaired. The more you describe the task in advance, the better prepared our technician can be.
