If you were not at home when the technician visited, you will receive a new appointment proposal by e-mail. During busy periods, it may take some time to obtain a new appointment.
Once you've received your proposal, go to the “My appointments” tab in My Bizbike to confirm your new appointment.
If you're not home for your second appointment, additional fees may apply.
