Unfortunately, it's not possible to choose a specific time to have your bike serviced or repaired. We have to plan our routes efficiently. You will usually receive an e-mail 2 to 3 days in advance with the approximate time at which the technician will arrive. The same day, you'll receive a text message as soon as our technician is on his way for you.
