When your bike is repaired, you will first receive an e-mail containing an estimate for the repair. The repair will only be carried out after your written agreement. You will then receive payment details. Once your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail with a proposed date for the return of your bike.
Is the repair under warranty? In this case, you don't have to pay anything and you'll receive an e-mail immediately after the repair to arrange a delivery date.
Please note: you still need to confirm the proposed delivery date via your My Bizbike account. To do this, click on the link in the e-mail.
