If the technician is unable to carry out the repair on site, he will contact Bizbike to collect the bike so that it can be repaired in our workshops. The technician will not pick up the bike himself.
You will receive an e-mail from Bizbike with a proposed pick-up date. You can confirm or change this date in your My Bizbike account.
