You must request the first free service within 6 months of delivery or within 500 km, whichever comes first.
If it is not requested within these conditions, we can no longer grant free servicing.
You can request a service via My Bizbike. Go to 'My appointments' and select 'appointment / home delivery'. You can also easily request an appointment via our Sara chat system.
Please note: for bikes purchased after January 15, 2025, free maintenance is no longer included with the purchase of a new bike.
