The operation of the chatbot is very simple and user-friendly.
Everything is self-explanatory. It is just like chatting with another person, but just a bit different. Our bot only understands general Dutch and does not yet recognize all words and expressions. Preferably use short, simple and clear sentences.
You can use our bot for these things:
- Schedule an appointment with one of our technicians : maintenance, repair or voucher maintenance.
- Making an appointment for a test ride by referring to the booking tool.
- Scheduling the delivery of a bicycle by referring to mybizbike.
- Answering or referring to FAQs.
- Automatically create a support ticket when the bot crashes.
