How can I change my order?

After you have ordered your bike and received your login details for My Bizbike and before you schedule your delivery, send a message to customer service via "My support" on My Bizbike. One of the Bizbike employees will change your order. The order can be modified until 5 working days before the scheduled delivery date at the latest. After that, it is unfortunately no longer possible for logistical reasons.
