Bizbike hasn't contacted me. What should I do?

You've paid for your bike but haven't received an e-mail from Bizbike containing your My Bizbike login details and an invitation to schedule your delivery?

First check if there's an error in your e-mail address or if our e-mails are not in your spam folder. Is there? If not, don't hesitate to contact us. You can do so by sending an e-mail to info@bizbike.be, via My Support on your My Bizbike profile, or by calling 056/900 655.
The opening hours of our telephone lines vary according to the season. In early spring, we are available from 8.30am to 5pm. From early autumn, from 9am to 12pm. Unfortunately, we can't give exact dates, as it depends on the weather and therefore on how busy we are.
