You've paid for your bike but haven't received an e-mail from Bizbike with your My Bizbike login details and an invitation to schedule your delivery?

First check that there isn't an error in your e-mail address or that our e-mails aren't in your spam folder.

The opening hours of our telephone lines vary according to the season. In early spring, we are available from 8.30am to 5pm. From early autumn, from 9am to 12pm. Unfortunately, we can't give exact dates as this depends on the weather and therefore on how busy we are.
