My battery is not clicking properly in my bike. What should I do now?

Can't get your battery to engage properly in your bike? Then follow the instructions below. First of all, it's important to check whether your battery is located under the luggage rack, or whether it's embedded in the frame of your bike.
1. Your battery is under the luggage rack.
First check the contact points on the battery and the battery slide. Is a contact point loose or deformed? If so, please contact our customer service department on 056/900 655.
Having trouble getting the battery in and out of its housing? Your battery may be swollen. Here again, it's best to contact our Customer Service department immediately.
Pending a visit from our technicians, we advise you to stop using the battery and store it in a dry, fireproof place.
2. Your battery is embedded in the frame.
Carefully insert your battery into the frame.
First press down on the battery, leaving no gap between the battery cover and the frame.
Then press down on the top of the battery to snap it into place.
Always work with care. This will prevent damage to your bike's paintwork and the battery cover.
