If your battery is too discharged, it can no longer be recharged by the bike itself. This often happens when the bike is delivered or after the winter period. In this case, remove the battery from your bike and recharge it directly via the charger and wall socket. Your battery will now be sufficiently charged and you can recharge it via your bike.
When you connect your battery, you'll see a red light. This means it's charging.
The light turns green, but your battery is still flat? Then there's a problem.
In this case, contact our customer service via your My Bizbike account or on 056/900 655.
